EFFECTIVE HUMAN RESOURCE SYSTEMS

To meet the challenges of today's rapidly changing world, organizations need to maintain a highly motivated, capable and independent work force. A comprehensive HR strategy integrates individual and organizational goals as well as external and internal missions.

CSL can help organizations:

perform an integrated human resource system strategic planning and implementation initiatives;
redesign the reward structures, selection processes, and performance management systems; and
assess their HR systems readiness to meet the complexities of the future.

EXECUTIVE SEMINARS

CSL has developed a methodology that allows organizations to assess and redesign their HR systems in a timely and effective way. The three to five day seminars are conceptualized for 15-20 executives and facilitated by CSL professionals. The flexible program integrates client needs around six basic components:

Assessing the organization's HR system
Establishing change-infrastructure by using an organizational learning model
Assessment of environmental change that impacts the HR system
Designing the future HR system
Development, implementation and evaluation of a strategic plan.
