REORGANIZING FOR THE KNOWLEDGE SOCIETY

TOOLS THAT FACILITATE REORGANIZING

As we transform from an industrial society to a knowledge society, organizations must find new ways to organize to most effectively address their environments. Re-organizing draws from multiple systems--individual, team/group, and organizational--as organizational leaders apply knowledge as an instrument for modifying the patterns and institutions of practice.

CSL can help organizations:

  • assess organizational readiness for change;
  • uncover the organization's evolutionary features which will promote intelligent re-organizing;
  • discover the availability of resources for adapting to new environments; and
  • transform strategic plans into actions.

EXECUTIVE SEMINARS

In addition to a wide range of consulting services, CSL also offers three to five day seminars to help executives navigate the inevitable organizational change. Specifically designed for 15-20 executives, seminar topics include:

  • Reorganizing simulations
  • Reorganizing and re-engineering
  • Change dynamics of systems
  • The contributions of individuals and teams to re-organizing
  • The impact of re-organizing on individuals and teams
  • Organizational transformation via re-organizing
