Dr. Morgan is the Director of the Master's Cohort Program in Alexandria, Virginia. In 1996, Ron joined our faculty to contribute his expertise in the development of human resource practices, strategic planning, and change management. Ron's work in organizations includes the development of staffing processes (human resource planning, testing and selection, design of structured interviews, and interviewer skill training), training need studies, and development of employee opinion surveys. His recent consulting assignments include Pepsi-Cola, IBM Corporation, Wendy's, ARCO, and the Ford Motor Company. | |||
