ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE
 

Organizational culture plays an important role for members of the organization to make sense of the organization's actions. Leadership in an organization contributes to the creation of culture and reinforces certain aspects of culture: roles, rewards, structure, and management philosophy and style. Cultural change is a slow and difficult process.

CSL can help organizations:

  • assess the patterns of action and behaviors exhibited in the organization

  • assess their organizational culture and change readiness capacity

  • develop a strategy and vision that facilitates positive organizational functioning

  • understand the relationships between organizational culture and learning in the organization

CSL has the capability to guide organizations through multiple types of organizational culture and learning assessments. CSL associates have supported organizational culture initiatives in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, health care, education, military, and government.

In addition to a wide range of consulting services, CSL also offers three to five day seminars to help executives and functional teams explore the relationships between culture, learning and organizational performance.
