TOOLS TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE

Human Resource professionals need the knowledge, skills, and abilities that enable the human and organizational capacities to successfully deal with organizational change. The four most common implications for competency studies include selection, training and development, appraisal, rewards, and strategy.

CSL can help organizations:

  • handle the increasing diversity in their workforce and integrate individual and organizational needs;
  • redefine Human Resource issues such as reward, selection, and appraisal and integrate them in a comprehensive Human Resource strategy;and
  • assess existing skills and knowledge and develop sets of competencies that are needed in the future.

EXECUTIVE SEMINARS

CSL has developed a methodology that allows organizations to assess the competencies that their employees currently possess in order to make more informed company-wide decisions regarding: selection, training and development, professional education, succession planning, compensation, and performance management systems.

CSL's methodology will impact human development, as well as organizational learning and performance. The three to five day seminars are conceptualized for 15-20 executives and facilitated by CSL professionals.
